We are accountable in the markets and communities we operate in to protect and safeguard their biodiversity and mitigate against environmental impact. Our operations team has implemented risk management plans focused on water conservation, oil spill prevention, gas flaring, and waste management. Our operating business units in the country follow strict guidelines to mitigate environmental impacts and partner with local stakeholders to ensure compliance with local regulations. Providing proactive reporting to our local partners on environmental performance allows for a long-term and sustainable relationship.
Social Impact and People
We partner in the communities we operate in with a variety of stakeholders, including local governments, NGOs, educational institutions, labor organizations, environmental organizations, and think tanks, to provide input and perspective on our projects in the country. With transparency, we build trust and forge a mutually beneficial and long-term partnership.
