Mr. Lawrence Kayablian is a Founder and the Executive Chairman of AED Global LLC and a Principal of Amira. He possesses over 30 years of experience in a range of project finance and development operations in numerous sectors such as energy, security, logistics and telecommunications. He has also participated in merger and acquisition projects on behalf of numerous companies. His business network spans across many international entities such as multilateral lending agencies, public sector agencies, international corporations, and various investor bases with which he worked.

Mr. John Cullen is a Founder and Board member of AED Global LLC. He has over 30 years experience in public company financing, corporate / capital structuring and management. He is the CEO of JHI & Associates where he was instrumental in acquiring and leading the company in the deepwater Canje Block offsetting over 11 billion barrels of oil discovered in the Guyana basin. Mr. Cullen has founded a number of public international resource companies following 15 years in the Canadian investment industry.

Mr. Richard Wadsworth is a Founder of AED Global LLC and petroleum engineer with over 30 years experience in operations and management internationally. Mr. Wadsworth recently re-developed a 55,000 BOPD oilfield in Iraq within 18 months with development planned to 230,000 BOPD. Previously he was co-founder, director, and President of Bankers Petroleum where brownfield re-development resulted in growth to over 20,000 BOPD and reserves of > 150 MMbbls and formerly with Premier Oil, Koch Petroleum, Syncrude and Esso.

Mr. Arman Kayablian is a Founder of AED Global LLC and Principle for Amira. He has over 20 years of experience in a range of project finance and development operations in the energy, and telecommunications industries. Most recently in Iraq involved in the downstream oil and gas transportation and trading. Mr. Kayablian’s vast technology experience has added to the efficiency and success track record of Amira group of companies.

Dr. Nigel Cross is a subsurface leader with over 30 years oil and gas experience, in a range of exploration, development and production roles based in the UK, Egypt, UAE, Kuwait, Iraq and Trinidad. This includes geoscience and petroleum engineering management and functional leadership roles for Amerada Hess, Petro-Canada, BG Group, Mubadala and Sonangol covering a variety of oil and gas assets worldwide. Dr. Cross has industry recognized geoscience expertise across the Midde East and North Africa region, based on asset experience, infield operations, consulting and teaching of industry courses.

Mr. Richard Boyce has over 44 years of experience in worldwide oil and gas development as a geoscientist and engineer. Mr. Boyce is a key executive with the JHI & Associates team in Guyana where JHI was an early entrant into the prolific Guyana basin where over 11 billion barrels of oil has been discovered. He is a former Chief Geophysicist for Hunt Oil and as Exploration Manager for Yemen Hunt guided a small geoscience team in discovering over 300 million barrels of oil in Yemen adding 50,000 BOPD to production.
